Families who register for ACE programs are required to pay an annual, non-refundable registration fee of $12.00/family when they register.
A $90 payment is required at the time of registration.
CONFIRMATION OF PROGRAMMING
A confirmation of the programming that your child has secured and your fee statement will be mailed to you in August 2017.
Short-term Program is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn from once registered. If a families chooses not to send their child to the short-term program after registering, the short-term fee will still be charged.
AM PROGRAM and AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Parents who wish to make changes to the programs that their children) have been registered in to, may do so beginning SEPTEMBER 5th, 2017
- Changes made on or before September 15th, 2017 will be effective September 18th (first day of enrichment programs)
- Changes made after September 15th will follow ACE policy, and will be effective two weeks after we have received written notice using the ACE Change Request Form
- Changes made on or after September 29th, 2017 will follow ACE policy, and will be effective two weeks after we have received written notice using the ACE Change Request Form. A $10 administrative fee will also apply.
Fee Statements include the following pieces of information,
- Program fees (am program, regular-afternoon program, short-term program) and,
- Other fees (registration fee, cooking fee, computer fee, etc.) based on the programs you have registered your child in to.
- Fees paid to date (deposit)
- Balance owed – to be paid with 9 post-dated cheques or in full.
Payment to ACE can be made if one of two ways, equal monthly payments or in full.
- Equal Monthly Payments: ACE must receive nine equally divided cheques dated for the 15th of each month by SEPTEMBER 29th 2017
- Payment in Full: ACE must receive one cheque for the entire school year dated October 15th. 2017 by SEPTEMBER 29th 2017
A cheque summary form much also be filled out and submitted with your post-dated cheques.
