Details of each program are listed below. A detailed breakdown of the various enrichment programs we offer can be found online or in our brochure<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>DOES ACE OFFER A FEE SUBSIDY?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No, unfortunately we do not provide subsidy for any of our programs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yes, families who register for ACE programs are required to pay an annual, non-refundable registration fee of $15.00\/student when they register.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HOW MUCH AM I REQUIRED TO PAY WHEN I REGISTER MY CHILD IN TO ACE?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A $15 non refundable deposit per student is required at the time of registration. Your remaining balance is paid monthly once program has begun in September. Your first monthly payment will begin on September 15<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">,<\/span> 2024. Fees can also be paid in full at the beginning of the school year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT PROGRAMS MY CHILD HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN TO FOR SEPTEMBER?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A confirmation of the programming that your child has secured and your fee statement will be mailed to you in August 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>CAN I MAKE PROGRAM CHANGES TO MY CHILD\u2019S PROGRAM SCHEDULE AFTER I REGISTER? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Parents who wish to make changes to the programs that their children have been registered in to, may do so on or before July 12, 2024 will be effective September 3, 2024.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes made after July 12, 2024 will follow ACE policy, and will be effective two weeks after we have received <u>written notice using the ACE Change Request Form<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>Changes made on or after September 3, 2024 will follow ACE policy, and will be effective two weeks after we have received <u>written notice using the ACE Change Request Form<\/u>. A $20 administrative change fee will also apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>WHAT INFORMATION IS SHOWN ON MY FEE STATEMENT?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fee Statements include the following pieces of information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Program fees (am child care, regular-afternoon program) and,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Other fees (registration fee, cooking fee, computer fee, etc.) based on the programs you have registered your child in to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fees paid to date<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Balance owed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PROGRAMS I HAVE REGISTERED MY CHILD IN TO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ACE is in process of changing its fee payment process.
